Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with 1/4 cup of pizza sauce.
  • Layer the fillings: First, add ham and 1 cup of mozzarella. Then, layer salami with another cup of mozzarella, followed by pepperoni and the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Carefully roll up the dough into a log and pinch the seams closed to seal.
  • Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley. Cut small slits on top to allow steam to escape while baking.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps the cheese set and makes cutting easier.
  • Slice and serve with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.
