Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with 1/4 cup of pizza sauce.
Layer the fillings: First, add ham and 1 cup of mozzarella. Then, layer salami with another cup of mozzarella, followed by pepperoni and the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Carefully roll up the dough into a log and pinch the seams closed to seal.
